Marcelo Rodriguez

Alejandro Mejia, is an aspiring State Farm Agency Owner and an Agent in training at the Marcelo Rodriguez Agency. Insurance was something he never thought he would fall into, until one day he realized how different his life would have been, "If he just had insurance... or even better coverages?" His mission now is to reach those who were like himself and didn't understand the great benefit and power that it meant to be properly protected. He has always been dedicated to giving back to his family in every way possible, beyond monetary value. Now his life mission is to help his community with anything related to auto, home, life, health and even pet insurance. His life outside of work, is surrounded by his pets, great music, delicious food and his loving family.

Genesis Secundino is our youngest Account Manager and always lights up the room with her energy and enthusiasm. She is the eldest of three and hopes to continue to be a roe model to her younger siblings. One the most important things for her is learn more about financial success and use that to change the trajectory of her family tree. She aims to do this by learning more about the insurance and financial services sector and expanding her knowledge about retirement, which is one of our expertise. She hopes to make a local impact with the multiple nonprofits we partner with every year. She hopes people see that switching to State Farm is more than just taking advantage of our great auto, home and commercial insurance prices but also a chance for people to be part of a business that gives back.

Gerardo Rodriguez, is a passionate and loyal Mavericks fan. Some of Gerardo's strongest attributes is his willingness to work hard, his positive and optimistic mindset, and his family first thinking. Growing up, he never thought he would be helping our customers with their auto insurance, life insurance or even home insurance, as insurance was a pleasant surprise but now a grateful opportunity. He grew up hustling to help his family by designing and selling his own t-shirts, working in landscaping or helped people with pet-sitting. Gerardo's relentless drive is what makes him a fundamental part of our team. When he is not working hard at the agency you can find him cooking up a mean meal for family and friends, caring for his four year old rescue dog, and pushing himself to continue to seek personal and professional growth.

Johanna Martinez Godinez is one the first ever Account Managers in our office and our Event Coordinator at the Marcelo Rodriguez State Farm Agency. She has a knack for advising families about their auto insurance and home insurance needs and any questions that they have. She graduated High School in June of 2021 and had the amazing opportunity to not only have graduated with her High School Diploma, but also with her Associates of Science. A fun fact about Johanna is that she has a three-year old German Shepherd named Bella, who is the most beautiful and playful dog you will ever meet. Additionally, in her free time she enjoys watching television series, documentaries, and movies about crimes. Mel Roman, who is the proud doggie mom, is a passionate about her role in our agency. She is a licensed insurance professional who has helped hundreds of people find the ideal personal price plan with the coverages that were catered to each of them. However, it is important to note that she is not just a dedicated and hard working partner of the office. She is also an adventurer and enjoys traveling and attending music festivals. While she claims to be an introvert, she is the most outgoing person you will meet. She has this pure and contagious personality that makes you feel like your her good neighbor. She wants to continue to get better everyday and learn more about how she can help more people in more ways with their home insurance, renters insurance, condo/town house insurance and any other products.

Arra is fueled with passion and a driven young entrepreneur. She aspires to be a realtor one day, as she learns how to take care of our customers on the insurance side. She will be working in our newly formed onboarding departments and keep in close contact with all our auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance and even business insurance policy holders. When she isn't working her little hear out at work, she loves designing and decorating anything in sight. She enjoys a cool afternoon run, in down town Dallas and enjoys stopping at new restaurants. As the daughter of immigrant parents she hopes to lead by example and inspire others to follow their dreams and work hard for what they desire. Ara, is excited to be part of the State Farm Family.
